I have closed 2 'Rapid Return' deals with Ideal Capital Investments over the last month for a total of approx. $140,000 and currently have another set up to close soon for approx. $96,000. I was nervous at first to have so much money tied up in such an unorthodox investment, but all the risk safegaurds are in place per the documents. I am in complete control of the funds per written agreements with Ideal and the selected title company. That being said, the most important part is that the people running Ideal Capital operate with complete integrity and transparency.  I would highly encourage anyone to check this system... I actually hope nobody reads this testimonial because I want as many 'rapid return' deals for myself in 2010 as possible!  ;-)
