I have closed 2 ‘Rapid Return’ deals with Ideal Capital Investments over the last month for a total of approx. $140,000 and currently have another set up to close soon for approx. $96,000. I was nervous at first to have so much money tied up in such an unorthodox investment, but all the risk safegaurds are in place per the documents. I am in complete control of the funds per written agreements with Ideal and the selected title company.
