Greg Picone is founder and an owner of Ideal Homes, LLC, and Ideal Capital Investments, LLC. He has experience in owner financing, lease options, discounted notes, short sales, foreclosures, emerging market research, property management, entity structuring, retail and wholesale sales. Greg personally owns investment properties in the Denver Metro area and developed systems to efficiently and effectively handle bulk short sale negotiations. Greg grew up in New York and moved to Colorado in 1992.

Greg currently serves on the boards of New Life Handicap Ministries, a Christian humanitarian mission serving the disabled in Nepal and India as well as Marilyn Hickey Ministries/ORCC . Greg and his wife were recently (May 2009) guests on a national TV broadcast –Today with Marilyn and Sarah—to discuss finances. Greg was also featured on Channel 2 News in Denver Colorado to comment on the foreclosure situation. Ideal Homes was featured on FOX news for the same reason. Greg lives in the Denver area and has been happily married for 7 years to his lovely wife Jolene Picone, owner of Veil Trends, LLC.
