Ideal Capital Investments, LLC., specializes in real estate investing, specifically within the arena of apartment complexes. Our goal is to buy apartment buildings locally in Colorado as well as in emerging markets within the United States.

We, along with our sister company Ideal Homes, LLC., have bought and sold over 15M dollars of property since 2005 and recently have been featured on multiple news stations and radio stations.

Our objective in buying apartment complexes is to create an avenue for greater diversification, quarterly cash flow, and greater ROI’s.



We make our money when we buy. We do not buy our investments based upon “projections or assumptions”.

We are very conservative in our approach. We know there are plenty of deals to go around but we believe there is a big difference between good deals and great deals. With that in mind, we take pride in conducting extensive research and due diligence in the areas in which we are investing to ensure that our deals are great deals.

Money works in one of two ways; either you are working hard for your money OR your money is working hard for you. We prefer the latter.

There is no reward without taking a risk. Yes, we believe that to be true, but we also believe that through concentrated knowledge, the level of risks lowers dramatically when you know what you’re doing and you can assess an educated risk versus just a plain old risk.
